Once you've destroyed all Cyclopean Butchers present and get a message that the link between Cassandra and her demons have severed, focus on killing Cassandra. You need to get rid of the Cyclopean Butchers before you can get any damage to stick on Cassandra. You won't be able to use Jordan at all in the final set of battles, so take off his equipment and distribute it to your best party members before examining the monolith. Cassandra is the final boss of the game, but rather than fighting Cassandra multiple times, you must go through a boss rush with multiple party members.
